Your tickets are only valid for the "In the realm of the Pharaohs" exhibition and cannot be exchanged for another exhibition.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You can modify the date and/or start time of your ticket(s) at any time before your visit by clicking here.
When entering the exhibition, the validity of your admission ticket must be checked. A digital ticket is also accepted, you do not necessarily have to print out your admission tickets. 
This ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. 
The exhibitions contain light effects and loud noises and may pose a risk to people with epilepsy or photosensitivity. 
Visits with children under the age of 2 are not recommended. Please keep an eye on your children.
It is not permitted to enter the exhibition building with luggage / suitcases. Bags larger than DIN A4 may not be taken into the exhibition; lockers are available for this purpose.
