Your group ticket is valid only for your selected date, time and chosen exhibition.
You can cancel or modify your group booking up to 1 working days before your visit.
Your booking cannot be exchanged for another exhibition.
The exhibitions contain light effects and loud noises and may pose a risk to people with epilepsy or photosensitivity.
Visits with children under the age of 2 are not recommended. Please keep an eye on your children.
It is not permitted to enter the exhibition building with luggage / suitcases. Bags larger than DIN A4 may not be taken into the exhibition; lockers are available for this purpose.
Animals are prohibited (except assistance dogs on presentation of proof).
Phoenix des Lumières is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Pushchairs are prohibited for safety reasons. We recommend that you use a baby carrier.
