Are you visiting Phoenix des Lumières with a group of 15 or more people? Then you can order your group ticket here! ✨

  • You will receive one e-ticket per group.
  • Payment is made by invoice after your visit.
  • Our exhibition concept does not include guided tours. Instead, the immersive experience is designed to unfold its full impact on each visitor individually.
  • The group rate applies to groups of 15 people or more.
  • If your group includes more than 50 people, please contact us at [email protected].

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Your group ticket is only valid on the booked date and for the selected exhibition
  • You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 work days before your visit by sendig a request to [email protected]
  • Dates are usually released two months in advance.

Notice

  • The exhibitions may pose a risk for individuals with epilepsy or light sensitivity.
  • Visiting with children under the age of 2 is not recommended. Please keep an eye on your children at all times.
