Gift / Flex ticket

  • Allows you to visit on any day of the exhibition without prior reservation and is not time-bound.
  • Ticket can be redeemed flexibly throughout the year.
  • Direct entry cannot be guaranteed if there is a high occupancy rate.
  • Enables one-time visits to our exhibitions, excluding special events.
  • The ticket is valid for one exhibition of your choice and is not a combined ticket.
  • Redeemable for all exhibitions until December 31, 2024.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • When entering the exhibition, the validity of your admission ticket must be checked. A digital ticket is also accepted, you do not necessarily have to print out your admission tickets.
  • This ticket cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
  • The exhibitions contain light effects and loud noises and may pose a risk to people with epilepsy or photosensitivity.
  • Visits with children under the age of 2 are not recommended. Please keep an eye on your children.
  • It is not permitted to enter the exhibition building with luggage / suitcases. Bags larger than DIN A4 may not be taken into the exhibition; lockers are available for this purpose.
